Make a pledge and donate to support our programs. Be a part of the solution, show you care, set an example, and support a great cause.

We accept donations of various types for our programs.  Donations can be:

  • Monetary gifts
  • Program supplies, such as books, supplies, games, technology, etc.
  • Your time

Monetary donations can be made in two ways: sent directly to the organization or through United Way of South Hampton Roads.

Remember, if you would like your gifts to remain anonymous please let us know and your information will never be sold or shared to outside sources.  Also, if you would like your gift designated to a specific program or center, please list the program/center on the check’s memo line.

Designate your United Way gift using our designation number 5026.  You can also designate through United Way’s CFC (Combined Federal Campaign) using our designation number 71433.

Program donations are used for our Playschool, Before/After School, Summer Day Camp, Girls Inc., and Aquatic program. Program supplies can include, but are not limited to, books, crayons, pencils, paper, arts and crafts materials, gym equipment, technology equipment, markers, journals, etc.

Time is very precious and crucial to the success of our program.  You can support us by volunteering your time assisting as a tutor in our Homework program, reading, coordinating activities, coaching, and assisting in special events.

Your donation enables and empowers us to be productive members of society!
